🌸 Ingredients 🌸
- 2.5 lbs. to 3 lbs. of Cross Cut Beef Short Ribs (approximately 17-20 slices) 1 centimeter to ½ inch thick
- 6 stalks, chopped Green Onions
- 7 cloves minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup (4 tbs) of crushed canned Pineapple or Fresh Kiwi (the fruit used will impact your marinade time)
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Lite Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Lite Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Mirin
- 1/4 cup Soju or substitute with 1/8 cup Rice Wine
- 2 tbs Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
If using fresh Pineapple or fresh Kiwi, marinade 2 hours max
The acid in the fresh Pineapple / Kiwi can over tenderize the meat
