🌸 Ingredients 🌸
  • 2.5 lbs. to 3 lbs. of Cross Cut Beef Short Ribs (approximately 17-20 slices) 1 centimeter to ½ inch thick
  • 6 stalks, chopped Green Onions
  • 7 cloves minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup (4 tbs) of crushed canned Pineapple or Fresh Kiwi (the fruit used will impact your marinade time)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Lite Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Lite Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Mirin
  • 1/4 cup Soju or substitute with 1/8 cup Rice Wine
  • 2 tbs Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
If using canned Pineapple, marinade for 4-6 hours max
If using fresh Pineapple or fresh Kiwi, marinade 2 hours max
The acid in the fresh Pineapple / Kiwi can over tenderize the meat
