🌸 Ingredients 🌸 (not sponsored) * 2½ lbs - 3 lbs Chuck Roast * 1 can (10.5 oz) Campbell's Beefy Mushroom Soup (or substitute with another can of Beef Consommé if you don't like Mushrooms) * 1 can (10.5 oz) Campbell's Beef Consommé * 1 package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix * 1 bayleaf (optional)

🌸 Method 🌸
1. Add the beef to the crockpot
2. Add all the ingredients. Coat the beef well and ensure it is completely submerged in the broth.
3. Cover with the lid. Set to Low and cook for 7½ hours.
4. After 7½ hours. Turn off the crockpot and let the beef sit for 30 minutes. Do not open the lid. This time will allow the juices to redistribute back into the meat. If you open the lid and serve immediately, the juices will leave the meat and you will end up with dry meat.

ALL DONE and ready to serve !!
