This beef chili has a mild heat and is super flavorful and hearty. And the leftovers are YUMMY! It is a one pot dish making this recipe even better with little clean up.

Ingredients: The Ingredients are grouped in steps to simplify the cooking process.
- Ground Beef - 1¼ lbs
- Onion - 1 medium, diced
- Garlic - 1/2 tbs, minced
- AP Flour - 3 tbs
- Chile Powder - 3 tbs (I use dark Chile powder for a beautiful color) https://amzn.to/2QvPAJg
- Cayenne Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1½ tsp
- Black Pepper - 1 tsp
- Beef Broth - 1¾ cups unsalted
- Kidney Beans - 15 oz can, drained & rinsed
- Red Beans - 15 oz can, drained & rinsed

Method
- Sauté the ground beef. Add onion and garlic.
- Add the spice mixture and sauté to coat all the meat
- Pour in the beef broth and deglaze the pan. Simmer for 5 mins.
- Add the beans and green chile. Stir. Cover and simmer on low for 30 mins. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
- Remove the lid and simmer an additional 10 mins to thicken.
