Dressing prep time: 5 minutes

Dressing Ingredients - Mix and set aside. DONE
  • Honey - 3 tbs
  • Lime zest - 1/2 tsp
  • Orange zest - 1/2 tsp
  • Lime juice - 3 tbs
  • Orange juice - 3 tbs (or Orange liquor :) for the adults!)
My Preferred Fruit
  • Red and Green Grapes - halved
  • Strawberries - quartered
  • Mandarin Oranges - drained
  • Chunk Pineapple - drained
  • Rasberries
  • Blackberries
  • Kiwi - large cubes
Tips
  • This dressing is also great on a leafy green, fruit salads of any kind.
  • Use orange liquor instead of orange juice, for the adults!
  • Toss in the delicate fruits at the end to avoid breaking them...i.e., raspberries, mandarin oranges, & blackberries
  • Smash a few mint leaves in the dressing for added freshest. Note, a little goes a long way!
  • Avoid bananas. They brown and bruise easily making an unpleasant presentation.
  • This salad is best served fresh. I don't recommend storing it overnight. If you choose to prep in advance, reserve the dressing and toss it in just before serving.
